Choose your car
Start with the fleet. Every car has its own page with the daily rate, the minimum driver age, the kilometre allowance and the excess that applies. Cars sit in five tiers: Lifestyle, Luxury, Performance, Exotic and Supercar. The tier decides the bond, the cover options and the per-kilometre rate. Most cars are open to drivers from 20. Book online in three minutes
Set your dates, choose pick-up or delivery, and pick a booking type. Flexible refunds in full more than 72 hours out, less a $78 fee between 24 and 72 hours; Saver is cheaper and non-refundable; Instant confirms on the spot and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Add a cover option if you want a lower excess. The total, bond and excess are on screen before you commit. Pay the rental by card, cash or bank transfer; a 2% surcharge applies to any card charge, so cash or transfer avoids it. A card is stored on every booking regardless, because the bond needs one.

Verify your licence online
After you book, you receive a link from a trusted third-party provider. It takes a few minutes on your phone: photograph your licence, take a live selfie, and the document is checked against the Australian Government Document Verification Service. Complete it at least 24 hours before the trip, or before handover if you booked inside 24 hours. We cannot hand over a car to an unverified driver, and if the licence contradicts what you declared in a way that changes your eligibility, the booking is cancelled without refund. Provisional and learner licences cannot drive our cars. Overseas licences need an International Driving Permit or NAATI translation unless they are in English.

Delivery or collection, and handover
Collect from Parramatta, from our Mascot depot near Sydney Airport for the supercars, or have the car delivered anywhere in Sydney. Delivery is priced by suburb and shown when you book. Before the keys change hands we place the bond hold on your stored card, then walk around the car with you and record its condition, fuel level and odometer in a timestamped report with photographs, which you confirm. That record protects both of us at return, so take the few minutes. Bring the licence you verified with; we check it in person every time.

Drive
The car is yours on sealed public roads anywhere in New South Wales. Your kilometre allowance is on your confirmation, and you can add a package when you book. Petrol cars take 98 RON premium unleaded only. Tolls are yours, plus a $15 toll administration fee per booking; fines are nominated to you. No track days, burnouts, rideshare work or unsealed roads, and no drivers not on the agreement. One verified additional driver costs $60 a trip on Lifestyle and Luxury, or $100 on Performance, Exotic and Supercar. If anything goes wrong, call us first.

Return and settlement
Bring the car back at the agreed time with the same fuel level it left with. There is a 30-minute grace period; after that a late fee applies per hour by tier. We inspect the car with you against the handover report, read the odometer and settle anything owing: excess kilometres, fuel if it is low, tolls and any damage up to your excess. Settlement charges go to your stored card and carry the 2% surcharge. Then the bond hold is released; if nothing is owing, it drops off your card.
What it costs, and what is held
The rental charge is the daily rate times the days, plus any delivery, cover, kilometre package or extras. On top of that sits the bond: a hold, not a charge, released after the car is returned and inspected. It equals the damage excess for your booking, which depends on the car's tier and the cover you take. Cover is priced per trip, not per day.

Drivers aged 20 to 24 are Young Drivers on cars with a minimum age of 20: Young Driver Cover (+25% of the daily hire) is added automatically, a $3,000 additional excess applies, and the cover options above are not available. Kilometres over your allowance cost $3 per km on Lifestyle and Luxury, $4 on Performance, $7 on Exotic and $15 on Supercar. The 2% card surcharge never applies to the bond. All prices include GST. Questions before you book
Is the bond taken from my account?
No. It is a pre-authorisation hold placed on your stored card before handover. Your bank reserves the amount but nothing is charged, and no surcharge applies to it. The hold is released once the car has been returned, inspected and any charges settled; some banks take a few days to clear it from your statement.
Can I pay in cash and avoid the 2% surcharge?
Yes, on the rental itself. Cash or bank transfer on the rental charge avoids the surcharge. A card is still stored on every booking because the bond needs one, and anything charged to that card later, such as a booking increase, settlement, tolls or fines, carries the 2%. It is always shown before you pay.
What happens if I need to cancel?
It depends on your booking type. Flexible refunds in full more than 72 hours before pick-up, less a $78 fee between 24 and 72 hours, and nothing inside 24 hours. Saver and Instant are non-refundable for any reason, including change of mind. If we cancel for our own operational reasons, you choose a comparable car or a full refund.
I am 22. Which cars can I hire?
Any car with a minimum age of 20, which is most of the Lifestyle, Luxury and Performance tiers. Every BMW M3, Exotic and Supercar needs a driver aged 25 or over. As a Young Driver you pay Young Driver Cover at +25% of the daily hire, carry a $3,000 additional excess, and cannot buy a cover option.
When do I have to complete the ID verification?
At least 24 hours before the trip starts, or before handover if you booked inside 24 hours. We send reminders by SMS and email until it is done, and call if it is still outstanding. Without it we cannot hand over the car, and a booking cancelled for failed verification is not refunded.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Yes, anywhere in Sydney. Delivery is priced by suburb and the fee is shown in your booking total before you pay. You can also collect from Parramatta, or from our Mascot depot near Sydney Airport where the supercars are based. The handover walk-around is the same either way.
What if I go over my kilometre allowance?
The odometer is recorded at handover and again at return. Kilometres over your allowance are charged per kilometre by tier: $3 on Lifestyle and Luxury, $4 on Performance, $7 on Exotic and $15 on Supercar. If you know you will drive further, add a kilometre package when you book.
What if I am running late on the return?
There is a 30-minute grace period. After that a late fee applies for each hour or part hour: $100 on Lifestyle and Luxury, $200 on Performance, $300 on Exotic and $500 on Supercar. If you need more time, call before the return time and we will extend the booking where the car is free.
